The rooms are huge with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. The hotel offers exceptionally good meal in the morning, great food. It has incredible, wonderful setting, very close to stores.

I had a very nice stay at Hotel New Grand in Yokohama. the hotel was high-class and modern. I loved the streets of Yokohama. Everything was perfect, the staff were really helpful and extremely helpful. My room was well-appointed and romantic with a view over the city.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing. The view from my room overlooking the park and the water was breathtaking. The staff at the hotel were outstanding - their service level was exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. I also loved the convenience of the hourly seabass water taxi, which made exploring the area so much fun.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The bathroom had a smelly bath curtain and the bath tub was dirty.
